STUDENT BIOGRAPHY

Sean Fyalkowski  is currently in his 5th year of study at The Pennsylvania State University. In May, 2015 he will graduate with a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering, emphasis in mechanical engineering, as well as a minor in Architectural Studies. Sean plans to take the Fundamentals of Engineering exam prior to graduation, and plans to sit for the PE exam as soon as he is eligible.

 

In the Fall of 2013, Sean began working as a teaching assistant for Architectural Engineering 222 Working drawings. This class taught the fundamentals of the computer based software revit and  quickly gained knowledge and responsibilities as the teaching assistant. His knowledge of Revit has helped during various classes and projects.  

 

In May 2013 Sean participated in a study abroad program where he studied at the Pantheon Institute in Rome, Italy. During his time abroad, Sean gained a deep appreciation for Italian architecture, studied graphic static methods of structural design, and immersed himself in Italian culture.

 

In the fall of 2015, Sean enlisted in the United States Navy where he plans to ship to basic training in the summer of 2016. He hopes to build character and work ethic while serving his country.
